2. 根據臺北市政府主計處定義，「再生能源利用比率」：臺北市再生能源用電量占臺北市當年度全年用電量之比率。計算公式為（臺北市再生能源發電量＋中央及台電發展再生能源發電量用於臺北市當年全年用電量）÷ 臺北市當年度全年用電量×100。
