Therefore, using this location based system (LBS) establishment on the city Wi-Fi value-added platform can allow future online or offline connections and interactions so that information and communication technology (ICT) can combine with commercial services to create more business opportunities and applications via a more convenient service model. If the future city can make use of this concept of cloud service and Internet of Things (IoT), it can effectively increase value added and new business opportunities.
