Smart city can effectively plan and manage city resources, public services and various activities as well as its economic, social or environmental influence during the process of collecting, tracking, integrating, sharing and analyzing all city resource information. Furthermore, it can reinforce city competitiveness and attract talents and investments to help the economy to transform and realize a sustainable economic development for its city.
